DYE SUBLIMATION
Dye Sublimation is the latest and in our opinion the greatest decoration method available today. The Dye Sublimation process is used to print 100% polyester textiles like dri-fit or moisture wicking fabrics or polyester coated goods like award plaques, coffee mugs, tumblers, collapsable can coolers, blankets, signs, ceramic tiles and so much more. Colors are extremely vibrant and bright. Unlike screen printing, there is absolutely no feel to the printed area of the garment. The Dye Sublimation inks penetrate the fabric instead of laying on top of the fabric, giving a feel as though there is no ink on the garment. The Dye Sublimation method of printing is how ProScreen produces all over printed t-shirts. No other print method comes close to the wide range of design options available for in-house all over printed garments. One of ProScreen’s most unique and requested services is On-Site Printing at Your Event. Just as it sounds, we produce shirts for your event, at your event in one of our portable printing studios. Our primary reason for designing this service was to help our customers only pay for the shirts needed for their events. Most event organizers enjoy the perks of offering a custom designed and printed shirt. This “official” event shirt has become a valuable and profitable marketing tool for most sizable events across the world. Not only does this shirt offer free advertising but in some cases it produces much needed revenue for the event.
